Terms of Service

1. General

1.1. GeneCamp provides access to advanced DNA testing and general diagnostic testing through its network of partner laboratories and collection agents.
1.2. By booking a test with GeneCamp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. DNA Testing Services

2.1. DNA testing is conducted using samples (saliva, blood, urine, stool) that are analyzed by specialized partner laboratories, either local or international.
2.2. GeneCamp acts as a facilitator and does not conduct DNA testing in-house.
2.3. GeneCamp shall not be held responsible for:

Sample quality issues, contamination, or degradation during collection, storage, or transportation.

Delays caused by courier services, customs, or government clearance.

Errors, omissions, or delays in reporting from partner laboratories.

3. Local Diagnostic Testing

3.1. Local diagnostic tests (e.g., CBC, lipid profile, thyroid, vitamin panels, fitness markers) are performed by GeneCamp’s partner laboratories.
3.2. GeneCamp provides facilitation for sample collection and report delivery only.
3.3. GeneCamp shall not be liable for:

Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in test results generated by partner laboratories.

Any issues arising from riders, sample collectors, or logistics providers.

Any health consequences based on reports provided by labs.
3.4. Test results are intended for informational purposes only and should be reviewed with a qualified healthcare provider.

4. Sample Collection & Logistics

4.1. Sample collection may be carried out by GeneCamp agents, riders, or partner collection centers.
4.2. While we ensure trained collection and secure packaging, GeneCamp does not accept liability for:

Loss, damage, or contamination of samples in transit.

Delays in transport or delivery due to third-party logistics providers.

5. Reports & Turnaround Time

5.1. Estimated turnaround times for reports are provided as guidelines only. Delays may occur due to logistics, lab workload, or unforeseen circumstances.
5.2. GeneCamp shall not be responsible for delays in report delivery once the sample has been handed over to the lab.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

6.1. GeneCamp does not guarantee diagnosis, treatment, or cure of any disease through testing.
6.2. All reports are for informational and educational purposes and are not a substitute for medical consultation.
6.3. GeneCamp’s liability is strictly limited to the cost of the test paid by the customer.

7. Confidentiality

7.1. All client information and test results will be kept strictly confidential.
7.2. Reports will be shared only with the client (or authorized representatives).
